Requirements for Dealers, Parts Stores &
Wholesale Distributors
This page lists the basic requirements for purchasing and stocking our products. It is divided into general business classifications that outline the requirements for that business. Check the requirements for the classification that best fits your business.
Please note: These are general guidelines that help us maintain good product distribution and pricing for our customers. We will be happy to discuss any questions or concerns you have. If you don’t think you can meet these requirements or don’t think you qualify please give us a call to discuss options. It is important to us that you have a way to purchase our products so don’t hesitate to call or send us an e-mail.
Requirements for Dealerships
Stocking
• Stock minimum of 15 part numbers – (2) of each item
• Merchandise Display is advised but not required
• Freight is pre-paid on orders over $250.00
• F.O.B (freight on-board) on orders under $250.00
• Receive standard Dealer pricing if maintaining minimum stocking quantities and minimum yearly sales volume
• Open Account / Credit Terms available to qualifying businesses
Non-stocking
• Can order products direct from AZ-CONN or an authorized Wholesale Distributor.
• Product Orders need to be paid prior to shipping (see Payment Policy)
• At anytime can become a stocking dealer
• Receive Repair Shop pricing.
Requirements for Wholesale Distributors
• Stock full line of Connector Replacement Kits. Inventory quantities need to be adequate to service Parts Stores and Dealers in your area.
• Other product lines can be negotiated depending on market requirements and overlap.
• Follow AZ-CONN WD Sales, Distribution, and Warranty/Return Policies.
• Minimum initial order dollar amount and quantities.
• Must maintain minimum annual sales volume.
• Receive Wholesale Distributor pricing – contingent on minimum annual sales volume and order quantities.
• Open Account / Credit Terms after receipt and approval of application.
Again, please note: These are just some general requirements. A complete Wholesale Distributor packet will be available after receipt of your application.
Requirements for Parts / Jobber Stores
• Stock minimum of 30 part numbers – minimum (2) of each item
• Merchandise Display is advised but not required
• Freight is pre-paid on orders over $250.00
• F.O.B (freight on-board) on orders under $250.00
• Receive standard Parts Store pricing if maintaining minimum stocking quantities and minimum yearly sales volume. Additional discounts may be available depending on annual sales volume.
• Open Account / Credit Terms available to qualifying businesses.
Do-It-Yourself / Individuals
• Individuals may purchase products direct from AZ-CONN if you DO NOT have a Dealership or Parts Store in your area that stocks our products.
• Ordering and Payment information is available on the Ordering Information page.
• Shipping and Handling will be charged. Shipping is done through UPS unless this service is not available in your area in which case we will use USPS.
